Return Eligibility
Due to the small size of our business, we unfortunately are unable to offer refunds at this time. However, we do offer exchanges for store credit on eligible items. We believe in helping you find something you truly love, and we’re happy to assist you in choosing a different size, style, or product through our exchange process.
Exchange Policy Overview:

Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Free from stains, scents, or signs of wear.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you any in-store credit to process your exchange. All items are inspected on return.
When will I get my In-store credit?
This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for an exchange at our warehouse.

- 📦 No refunds: We do not offer cash or card refunds. Only store credit is issued for approved exchanges.

How to start an exchange
To begin your return or exchange, please contact us at support@aceofgainsapparel.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Keep in mind that the total process can only be completed after we receive the returned item or items, so this can take a while. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences.
Shipping for exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
